Important information about the nature and limitations of the PriorValue clinical intelligence platform.

This document is provided for informational purposes and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel.
1. Nature of the Platform
PriorValue is clinical decision-support and information software. It is designed to assist qualified healthcare professionals by aggregating, contextualising, and presenting clinical data — including laboratory values, longitudinal observations, pharmacokinetic context, and relevant evidence — within a structured workspace. PriorValue is a tool to support clinical workflow, not a substitute for it.
2. Not a Replacement for Clinical Judgment
PriorValue does not replace independent clinician judgment. The platform does not independently diagnose patients. The platform does not independently prescribe or recommend treatment. All output generated by PriorValue — including interpretations, trends, flags, and reports — is intended to inform, not dictate, clinical decision-making.
3. Qualified Professional Review Required
Every clinical observation, interpretation, and recommendation produced or surfaced by PriorValue requires review by a qualified healthcare professional before any clinical action is taken. The platform is intended for use by licensed clinicians and authorised personnel who possess the training and expertise to evaluate its output in the context of individual patient care.
4. Responsibility of the Treating Provider
All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating provider. PriorValue and its operators shall not be held liable for clinical decisions made in reliance on platform output. The treating provider assumes full responsibility for evaluating the accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness of any information presented by the platform before applying it to patient care.
5. No Autonomous Diagnosis or Treatment
PriorValue does not autonomously diagnose, treat, or manage any patient condition. The platform does not claim to provide medical advice. It does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Any information generated by the platform should be considered alongside the patient's full clinical picture, current evidence, and the treating provider's professional assessment.
6. Accuracy and Completeness
While PriorValue is designed to present clinically relevant information with integrity, the platform does not warrant that all output is complete, error-free, or suitable for every clinical scenario. Users should independently verify critical information and apply their professional judgment in all cases.
7. No Warranty of Clinical Outcomes
PriorValue does not warrant or guarantee any particular clinical outcome resulting from the use of the platform. Clinical medicine involves inherent uncertainty, and no software tool can eliminate that uncertainty. The platform is one resource among many that a qualified clinician should consider when making patient-care decisions.
